::Triathletes Swim First::

A while back I took a small part in a creation of a book for triathletes. A call went out from Maria Reeves for some favorite swim workouts from triathletes.  (This lady has smashed out a 23:33 in 50 free!)  The Book is called “Triathletes Swim First, ” a solid resource for beginners, as well as a good resource for any level to sharpen things up.  With  over a 100 plus workouts,  timing charts,  and drill break downs makes it a pretty valuable little book.

I’m already finding it useful for me since one of my biggest problems  is board em, this book can bring some new ideas and a little more motivation to get to the pool.  Its always good to try something new while improving your swim times. The hard work of Katherine, Maria, and Victoria is out and available at their swim blog, waterbloggedtrathlete.com.  If your in need for new workouts and set ideas, I would recommend grabbing a copy.
