I’ve been going after my training the last few weeks with this being the last high volume week til I head off to the desert for a good old fashion butt kicking at St George.
Wednesday night I was out on my mid week ride and got some good light, lucky I had my phone with me to grab some pics. 2hr bike around the flat lands of Chillwack and Abbotsford, one of my favorite spots for a good fast bike ride.
