Good job at Kona! You didn’t think it was going to be easy did you? A friend of mine did Kona last year, and had a tough time too on the run, and he is a runner. I just finished my first IM in AZ a couple of weeks ago. Went ok. Got to run with Leanda Cave for a bit. I am going to do IMCDA next year, then not sure. Would like to get to Vegas before I get too old, as I will never make Kona. You have a lot more Kona’s in your future.
