I will be participating in the  Ironman Canada  race on August 29th 2010 in Penticton BC.  I have teamed up with the Heart and Stroke Foundation to raise a goal of 5, 000 dollars by August 29th 2010.  Please let others know by sharing this page with your friends and family.  There is a share this function after this article to help me as well as the foundation.
